The lady who did my nails was so nice. I asked for a french nail full set, I had bare nails going in. She left acrylic under my natural nail and all over my skin. I’m not sure how she didn’t notice that there was acrylic leaking over my cuticles and under my pinky nail ( picture shown ) Also. The French paint was not straight and just didn’t look the best She was very sweet so I didn’t want to say much, but I wouldn’t come back here unfortunately.

They took me in immediately which was really nice. However, the lady who did my nails seemed perhaps tired or just disinterested. She wasn’t mean or anything but I felt like I was bothering her. I wanted dip with tip and she took my nails off by sliding under them but I think this made the dip and other liquids sting my nail. It hurt so bad I thought I was having an allergic reaction, but it went away after 5 mins. I don’t believe she was familiar with how to do ombré and she wet and brushed the glitter powder on, instead of dipping the dry brush in and sprinkling it over the nail. This was my second time there. I got there 5 minutes late and they were expecting me. However, they did not seem happy to provide service. The pedicure person tried to fill up a dirty bowl, when I said something they put plastic in it. The water was Luke warm (at this point I considered leaving)... They never asked about temperature They rarely addressed me just talked to each other poking and yanking my hands and feet to communicate when I needed to do something... I stayed because they were working fast and I thought they provided good quality (although I knew I’d never come back). But I’m posting this because two days later my gel is chipping off the acrylic. My niece and I have been here several times. She gets a full-acrylic set and I get a gel mani/pedi every time. The service is always great, (slower than most places but good finished product) and the staff has always been pleasant. I am giving them 4 stars for the lack of creativity as my niece, who is 17, has had several pictures of designs that she wanted and they weren't able to do. Also compared to the other salon that I frequent the gel doesn't last as long (it last about 2.5 weeks as apposed to 3 or 4 weeks at the other location).

I dropped off my wife here for a pedicure and they took her right away without an appointment. She was really happy with the service but, despite having a sign that said they accept Amex/VISA/MasterCard on the door, they wouldn't accept a credit card. They wanted her to use phone apps she didn't have. I ended up having to go find an ATM to get cash.
