However, there was confusing and conflicting information given by multiple texts and emails before the initial appointment, including a mandatory post of the salon's info on the customer's facebook page. That was easy enough to deal with. There was also confusion after the initial visit. I was told I got two free follow-up visits. There was no great detail about the visits, so I assumed that was where I would be washed and the locs checked. Fast forward to the installation process...based on my research, she took the recommended amount of time, used the right tool and was focused on ensuring I had the perfect grid pattern. She explained the process and pricings for getting the style and told me to reach out to her if I had anymore questions. As I continued doing price comparisons with other sister loc consultants, I called back just to confirm her prices once more and to get more clarity. That's when Cykeithia showed her true colors.
