Ann-Marie is significantly better than any other massage therapist I've tried. With years of experience working with professional athletes her depth of knowledge of the body structure is obvious from the first session. She is able to identify and target treatments to relieve tension you didn't even realize was there from deep within the muscles. I've had dozens of massages with Ann-Marie and she always puts 100% effort into helping you feel better. Check the yoga studio schedule (Hot Yoga Capitol Hill) for her restorative class too, usually on Sunday evening. The best massage, an all-around lovely human being, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best massage experiences I have had. Ann-Marie is a true anatomy expert who can identify problem areas and provide meaningful treatment and suggestions. She immediately noticed that I had mobility limitations on the right side of my neck and fixed it that day. I experienced immediate relief. The next day I noticed significant loosening and mobility in my glutes and quadriceps as well. Anne-Marie is also very professional and kind. I have recommended her to others and will absolutely make Natural Balance massage a staple of my self care 🙂

Two words: Life Changing. I’ve had thousands of massages in my life, and Ann Marie is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever seen. For the past several years, I’ve had intense hip pain and after one session, I left the studio and could walk with ease! She even gave me some stretches I’ve never seen before to do at home to help loosen my hip flexor. If you have any tightness or pain, I can’t recommend Ann Marie enough!
