Nan Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming here for a while and usually Nan Does a fantastic job and I always call in advance so she knows that I’m coming which I did today. I got there at a specific time ended up waiting a half an hour because she was busy which I understand as I work in customer service as well but then I showed her a picture Of what I wanted and she said she can do them and she’s done this type of design before and they looked really good. However, she was backed up and it was rushed. I even told her she didn’t have to do the ring finger the way I wanted it so that way it would save her time because she was busy, then she proceeded to charge me a full price Which I was really unhappy about I ended up going home and repainting them. I’m just very disappointed.

Only salon open on Labor day and I needed them done stat! Kept it simple, so I was satisfied with my results. No acrylics here, but my nail tech did her thing with the liquid gel set, and I got the length and shape I wanted, and she kept them thinner like I prefer.

Nan was recommended to me by co-workers that always have the most beautiful nails! I walked in for an Easter/spring themed gel manicure and they absolutely nailed it! My nail tech was gentle, careful, and super attentive to details. One of the other nail techs that didn't have a client at that moment collected all the colors and prepped them for him while he took off my old gel and shaped my nails. It was such a nice environment and a really lovely experience, and my nails turned out perfectly!! Will definitely be coming back here.

I received very nice and clean service but rubs me the wrong way is the lady that did my Brazilian wax was on FaceTime well I had received my wax. I had my significant other attend with me being my first time in a new place. I don’t care if her phone was on the counter and the camera was faced up wards. That is still someone’s privacy. No one should have the employee on FaceTime well doing a service!

Had some free time and didn’t think any places were open but sure enough nan was open so glad I came! They got me and my daughter right in! Greeted us right at door and took care of us right away! Best foot pedi I ever got even got another surprise when was letting my feet dry! She came again and did another short massage on back! I will absolutely come back again! Atmosphere so calm and relaxing very very nice people! Thank u
