do not recommend this place, i walked and the woman said it would be 10-15 minute wait, and it ended up being over a half hour which isnt too bad, but the woman doing my nails was rude and kept hurting me with her tools, and even completely ruined my left hand’s nails so she removed them and re-did it which made the whole appointment way over an hour which was ridiculous. the price was $35 which is nice but for the way it was done and how i was treated, it should of been $10.

I personally Didn’t have the best experience here. My friend and I got a pedicure and hers went fine, the woman tried to paint too thick nailpolish on my toes for about 40 minutes and the the owner took it off I picked a new color. I had no problem doing that I am not picky and figured that the other color wouldn’t dry in the next 2 years anyways. My toes are sore from her rubbing them with her nail trying to make the first color look normal. Worst part is No one ever apologized for it.

This place is horrible. Dirty and crowded. Worst fill I've ever had. Guy took less than 5 minutes and I left the salon with being able to see all the lines where he used the sander, I have acrylic all over my hands and under my nails, and I have nail polish all over my hands too! Then they charged me an extra $3 to trim the nails shoeter. I'm going to have to go to a different nail salon TODAY to get my nails fixed. I'm pissed!

I am very impressed with this spa, it moved from the Holyoke mall to 1817 Riverdale rd. In West Springfield and it's awesome everyone is so friendly and accommodating the place is SPOTLESS, parking is excellent way to get to, when your there it's like your stress levels instantly disappear. I will never go anywhere else I can go on and on but you get the picture stop by and see for yourself

Got my lashes done here AND taken off same day. Chemicals burned my eyes taking them off. They looked like a dolls eyes lashes. 👎🏻
