I’ve been going here for a little more than a year. Normally the services are great and customer experience is consistent, but we hit a snag when multiple walk ins through the staff off. I had an appointment that was booked for over a week. I came in early and was seated about 15 minutes after my appointment time. In that time three walk ins came in and got serviced. I was seated for a pedicure after the wait and had an enjoyable experience until the manicurist completed the service and left without a word. I waited patiently for her to return to tell me where to sit for my scheduled manicure but she never returned to the front of the shop. I let the receptionist know that I was waiting for my second service but had not been told where to sit nor given the polish to match my toes. They g

Love that they have a big collection of dazzle dry polish, which only costs an additional $5. That’s a great deal considering most nail salons don’t have it yet. I always have a great experience here! I appreciate that there is always a front desk person so check in and check out always goes smoothly and they offer great beverage options.

Great experience from the technician to the drink provided. However, the gel doesn’t last - this was gel cured not the dazzle dry. I got them done on Saturday and 5 days later my thumbs are peeling. I work from home and use my hands no more than normal. Sad to have wasted $50. I will stick to pedicures and nails clean up - the vibes are great.

I do not recommend getting a manicure here my nails did not last long at all after the 3rd day they were chipped on the sides now my gel is peeling for their prices it isn’t worth it!!!!!! Also they gave me someone not experienced I was asking for things that should’ve already been done PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY during my pedicure. Such as scrubbing the dead skin off I had to tell her don’t be scared and scrub it off please! PSA THESE PHOTOS ARE 5 days after I went!

I’ve been visiting this NailSaloon location once a month for a year now and I can’t say enough great things about the service and the experience (especially from my girl Buri!). The gel polish lasts so long and everything at the salon is so clean and intentional. I recommend NailSaloon to anyone who will sit still long enough to listen.
