Nails Studio

I hate leaving bad reviews but I literally cried after I left because they did my nails so ugly. Nothing like my reference picture, some nails too fat, and left with some jagged edges and glue stuck all over my palms. The picture with the gold nails was my reference photo and the others are what I left with. They didn’t have gold and that’s fine but they gave excuses not to do any of the 3D effects and they didn’t even seem to think they did well either. Would have rather been told they 100% couldn’t do this design and to let me pick something different. Will have to get them redone tomorrow because I don’t think I can’t stand my nails being this hideous for the next two weeks

Kevin did my nails. I had gel x removal and I asked for short almond gel x bubble bath color with a chrome finish. Kevin used a slightly different color that he preferred over bubble bath and I’m happy with the outcome. Reasonable pricing for high quality results and soooo many colors to choose from. I will be returning.

Every time I go into Nails Studio it's a great and calming atmosphere, their very friendly:) they do a awesome job and this time was no different.

Had an appointment here with a group of people. Part way through, we noticed expired/ fake licenses. Had the wrong governor of indiana on it. So obviously you should not trust them with the health of your nails. They didn’t do well either. My nails are uneven and lopsided. A day later and one is already lifting. Each nail artist did different steps in applying nails, and none of them really took proper care of the nail or the cuticles. I had originally asked for a design, but when i realized she could not do a basic squiggle, i told her no design. She said ok and then went ahead and did a design anyway. The darker line. And it’s not even neat. The lines are sloppy, you can see streaks of the color on the wrong. If I asked for you to not add a design, why would you add a design and do it la

The owners, Kevin and Kelly, are such wonderful and kind people! They take great care of me every time I come there. Kelly even came in on her day off to do my nails. Linda did my pedicure. She used hot stones to massage my legs and bottom of my foot and hot wet towels - it felt so good. I highly recommend the Nails Studio on South Walnut Street in Bloomington Indiana. PS: I was reading all of the reviews for this business and I believe the negative reviews are inaccurate. I have been going to Kevin and Kelly since when they were located in the College Mall, for over fifteen years and have "never" had a negative experience, nor have I witnessed anyone else having a negative experience either.
