Nails So Happy Jacksonville

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall quality of my manicure. Some parts look streaky and uneven. I raised concerns during the service and was told it would be corrected, but the issue remained after multiple coats. When I raised the concern again, I was told everything “looked fine” and that the issue was my nail, not the application. Talk about being dismissive and not taking accountability. I’ve included photos so others can judge for themselves.

I am so excited to leave this review. I've been going to Lilly for over four years and I trusted her with all my nails and feet decisions her pedicures are to die for. Getting ready to celebrate the holidays and she got a little creative on me. nails so happy is extremely clean never had any concerns. The people are pleasant and work around your schedule highly recommend.

I had two experiences here within one week, and unfortunately both were negative. The first visit was for a full set, and the technician was very rough. She cut two of my fingers, and when I mentioned it, her response was dismissive (“oh”). Throughout the service, she kept snatching my hands around, which made the experience uncomfortable. Interestingly, her demeanor completely changed at the end when it was time to pay—suddenly she wanted to make small talk, which felt very forced and clearly tip-driven. I did not leave one. Today, I returned to get a nail repaired and fully intended to pay for the service. As soon as I walked in, I was met with stares that made me feel unwelcome. When I explained I needed a repair, the original technician did not acknowledge that she had done my nails. T

LOVE NAILS SO HAPPY! I always get fun designs! They do a fantastic job! Lili is my favorite nail technician in the area and I have been to several other local salons! She always brings my fun visions to life & takes good care of my nails! I can often go for several weeks between fills & have never experienced any lifting or breaking from my nails! 🙏🏼

I had an amazing experience at this nail shop! ❤️ From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they made sure to take the time to understand exactly what I wanted. My nails turned out flawless—beautifully shaped, and the polish lasted for weeks without chipping! The salon itself is clean, modern, and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.
