I have been trying to find a new nail salon close to home for awhile, but I’ve run into a string of unfortunate luck. I wont bore you with too many detail…but my last manicure involved multiple cuts, having a tech take over for someone mid service because she was so disapproving, etc. I walked into Nails Du Soleil a few days ago and Mimi was a breath of fresh air! She did such a great job listening to what I wanted, and was thorough AND gentle! Very happy with my manicure and well worth what I paid for service. I will definitely be back!

It took over an hour for me to get help from anyone, and then after I was finally seated for my pedicure it took another 15 minutes for me to even be spoken to, and on top of that a woman who came in 25 minutes after I did got helped before me. So I was waiting in the salon for over an hour just to be spoken to and that doesnt even include how long the actual process took. My plans for the rest of the night are now unable to be accomplished because of their lack of professionalism. I will not be returning.

I went into this salon with reasonable expectations. The group there are human beings so I took some time to make this review and see how the relationship worked out. Satisfaction comes fairly easily to me, really just wanted to feel better about my hands and make the point to invest in self care. They would fit me in as a walk in to start. The first gel manicure was eh.. rushed and bumpy. The second was similar but better application-different nail tech. The third time with a different nail tech, I was happily pleased and my nails looked beautiful. By the 4th time with same nail tech, I knew I’d found my person and her name is Becky! I’ve been going to this place for probably five years now and I absolutely love it. All the ladies are amazing and always do their best to match the design you want. I’ve tried other places over the years and my nails always break off after a few days. I’ve never had a nail break off coming here.
