I was looking for a wig for a friend.. the two ladies that where working where amazing... the wig expert..lol ... went above and beyond to help me... gave me suggestions and sold me a wig..,a hat, .. and a brush... if you have hair issues and have been thinking about getting a wig.. these girls will help you out... will definitely go back if I need something else related... 5 star customer service!! And the merchandise was reasonably priced!! Even better!! My Friend was Happy and it blended with her hair!! Perfectly!! Let me preface this by saying I am a 54yo white woman. I thought maybe I’d like to start wearing wigs for fun. I do NOT have a medical condition that would warrant their use; in MY case it is purely aesthetic because I don’t really know how to style my hair cutely. I’ve also always wanted to try highlights or a different color but I’ve always been too chicken. I live over an hour away from Wentzville but thought I’d try out Wigs & Cuts because it was the closest store to me. I left IN TEARS. I felt disrespected and disregarded. I specifically asked upon entering if they had any “entry level” wigs for someone just starting out that was maybe more “budget friendly” to which I was told their wigs start at over $150.
