I came for a pick up order yesterday, was greeted and asked for assistance as soon as I walked in. I told them I was just here for a pick up order and proceeded to the line. There was a long line and as soon as I got inline a woman came up asking for the pick up name, gave her my name and she went and got my order. I was in and out less than 60 seconds… everyone always wants to leave a bad review but customer service like this should be rewarded.. The ladies in this store are GREAT!!! and I wouldn’t of wanted my experience any better.. This is what brings customers back!!!! LOVE IT… MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

I always visit this store because it is near to my house. All staff are super friendly and in particular wanted to recognize Heather on today’s visit, she was awesome answering all our queries and give great suggestions for the selection of the new products. Appreciate her time. Thanks Team.

I had purchased my order for pick up. The process was quick and friendly. The ladies @ this location where friendly and helpful.

Cashier 4018706 stands behind the counter every time and just stares at you until you ask for what it is you need which i find rude every time. She proceeds to make you go through hoops to use the coupons you were sent and after you ( the customer) verifies that the coupons are good she never gives an apology just a shrug and a oh well look every time. I hate for it to Always be about the color of my skin when my money green like everyone else's. I'm done with this condescending place as if they are doing me a favor, good riddance.

You can never go wrong at Bath & Body. They are eager to help & they were able to do my exchange quick & efficiently.
