I usually never want to write negative review because i understand any business need to survive during inflation time and people also need to survive for their own life. But this time i should write something hope that the owner can read it. My friend recommended me the NAIL BY YEN salon with very amazing as we seen at the beginning as the hidden germ in Sugar Land. Was exciting to try out. My friend came on Wednesday to do her nail done. An hour 30min the nail tech (short hair lady) couldn’t finish the set and tell my friend come back the next day. Then the nail tech charged 70$ and ask for tip (even she didn’t finish her job yet).It was really sloppy and messy looking but we understand the nail tech not finish her job yet for that 1h30min. Good price with very good service. only $30 for “cut and clean nails, polish gel painted and massage hands” They are so friendly. The nail salon is cozy. Definitely will come back.

Was in the strip center and wanted to get my nails done and saw this place. I came in as a new customer and will from now on never stop coming back. COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I’m a French tip girl all the way and picky on it and Joanne NAILED IT!!! Got my feet done as well by Mindy and she did an absolutely amazing job!! Thank you for clarifying. However, the bottom line is that three of us received poor results: my full set lifted and came off within 3 days, and both of my friends’ nails also began falling off by the 3rd day (with one losing 4 nails). One of us was also charged extra without requesting it, and none of us received the complimentary drinks that were advertised. The third friend’s nails were done too thick and chunky. She was told she would need to wait two weeks for a correction and was only accommodated sooner because we insisted after paying — the nails were simply unacceptable. Three clients, three disappointing outcomes — that is unacceptable and speaks for itself. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not have the same experience.

Excellent service. I went in because I had a broken toe nail and they were super kind and patient, Joanne noticed I was ticklish and so she removed my calluses slowly, nobody has been considered about that at other salons. I also wanted to change the lenght of my acrylic and she complied happily, I would definitely recommend, the vibe is super chill and everyone is sweet.
