They are very nice, and always do a great job. They take time to make sure the pedicure is perfect, including helping with ingrown nails. I started doing dip manicures recently, and I’m always happy with how they look and how long they last! To me, the best place to get nails done in Pacifica!

I was disappointed with the experience. The first time I had my nails done at the salon, the polish didn’t chip and I was satisfied with the service. The second time, they asked me to test a new product on my nails, which I kindly agreed to, but unfortunately the result was poor, the polish got marked and chipped quickly. Right after that, I contacted the owner to explain the issue and mentioned I could come back after a busy week. I took photos and videos the day after to document the problem. By phone, the owner told me I could return to have the nails fixed at no cost. However, when I went back to the salon for the repair, the owner compared my case to another client whose polish didn’t chip, and ended up charging me for the fix. I had such a lovely experience here. Everyone was very kind & I love how my nails turned out. It was a very relaxing experience. As a working girl who rarely treats myself, I was very happy! Will definitely be returning - prices were very fair.

I have never written a bad review before, ever. However, I have been going to Lisa’s Nail salon for more than five years now and this trip was the last. Most of the time I’ve been satisfied, rushed maybe, but satisfied. This time the owner herself did my nails. I did not like the way I felt like I was taking up HER time. During the whole time she is nagging at her staff, looking everywhere but at my hands, and at one point I had two of them working on my hands (not hands and feet) at the same time. Dropped $200 in 35 minutes and I didn’t even get a thank you. And I always tip. This trip sealed the deal…no more. She is more interested in fast money rather than giving her customers a relaxed spa experience. Over priced and bad attitude.

I was reprimanded and told to relax my hand, and don't watch. They didn't want to take the gel off by soaking and were annoyed that it took too long. They said the polish was on too thick. They put it on that thick two weeks prior. One of the owners said that "She runs a tight ship, and I should have my colors picked out beforehand and to let them know if it would take longer." I did have my color picked out right away, and had no idea it would take longer. She told be to make sure I knew that next time. I said there wouldn't be a next time. I left before a new get polish was put on. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will not be back.
