I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. I brought my concerns up several times to the nail tech, I kept telling her the nails were not shaped evenly or correctly and that they were different lengths, which I shouldn’t even have to do as I’m not the nail professional. In reply, she kept saying “it’s ok”. My nails are rounded and uneven lengths, I wanted an almond shape as shown in the picture (compare the pictures to see what I asked for vs what I got…). I asked for an ombré faded with sparkles, what I received is literally a straight line between the sparkle and color with no ombré effect. I paid $75 dollars for this. I am not coming back.

So grateful I found this place! Loanne is amazing. She made sure to be clear on exactly what I was wanting for my cut and helped me fix a previous cut. Love the products she used I’ll definitely be going to her for every hair cut and buying all the products as I’m able my hair feels soo soft and healthy and looks so cute. Thanks Loanne!

I came in without an appointment and left with a beautiful cut made with thoughtful care and obvious skill. Ask for Joyce! My hair is very long and thick, she gave me beautiful layers and face framing, just as I asked and the price was far less than anything I’ve seen in a while. My hair feels amazing now. Loanne is a hidden gem!! I’m not one to be adventurous or bold with my hair color but she was very accommodating and reassuring. I wanted to dye my hair blue/purple and was overwhelmed with the many different shade options she had lol, but she let me test out each dye to see which ones I liked and kept it honest on how it would come out on my bleached hair. I appreciate her honesty and suggestions, and she truly cares about the integrity of my hair! I showed her a few reference photos to give her an idea of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it without further damaging my bleached hair. The salon was spacious and clean as well with lots of parking right outside! I love how it turned out, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it already!! Thank you Loanne, looking forward to try
