What an amazing person Raina is. She is so caring and helpful. It's very rare these days to find such a person who loves their work, but more importantly, enjoys helping others. I booked a last minute 90 min cupping and massage with Raina for some self care and so glad I did! She made suggestions to my massage to address key areas of tightness I had noted in my intake form. Since it was my first time doing cupping, she also walked me through the process. As Reina has warned me, cupping can be quite intense on tighter parts but she made sure I was comfortable. Reina has a very gentle, but firm touch and the entire thing was very relaxing. As someone who is used to traditional deep tissue massage, I wasn't sure how effective a gentler massage would be.
