Nails by District

Nails by District is by far the most amazing nail salon I have been to in DC. I especially recommend Kayla if you want impeccable attention to detail and technique. I get dip every 5 weeks and it never chips or breaks at all. They have amazing service and all of the staff is so kind. When you walk in you are always offered a beverage of your choice, and they end every appointment with a hand massage. It costs around $60 for a full dip set, which I think is highly reasonable. Make sure to check them out!

When I told Nancy that I was getting my nails done because I suspected I was being proposed to very soon, she immediately got into the zone. Nancy outdid herself — I am so so so happy with my my mani/pedi (SNS w/ tips mani + gel pedi) and there’s nowhere else in DC I would have rather gone for these services. Not only was Nancy very kind with a gentle and careful touch, but she also knew EXACTLY what I wanted based on the picture I showed her and made it look even better than the reference photo. Amazing nail salon that I have now been going to religiously for a year. Every technician I’ve had is amazing. I started doing dip here and I am able to come only once a month for a very reasonable price. I have never been disappointed and my natural nails have become so long and beautiful !

I've been coming here for about two years and have always had a great experience. Everyone on staff is extremely detail oriented and attentive, the salon is clean and organized, and if you call ahead, they'll make sure you're taken care of (and if they're swamped, they'll be honest). For a long lasting gel manicure or a relaxing pedicure, Nails by District is the place to go.

Nails by District is a great nail salon in DuPont Circle—just a few blocks walking from the DuPont North metro exit. The salon staff are always welcoming, professional, and keep the spaces clean. I have gone to Vivian for a few years for dip and couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly skilled, thorough, and works quickly. Over time, she is really good at remembering different client details (preferred nail shape, styles, sensitivities, etc.). I have been several places in DC. Vivian is truly one of the best nail techs in DC, and I couldn’t recommend booking with her more!
