I called at the last moment for an appointment. The woman on the phone was a little rattled. Got there and asked if somebody could do a pedicure also. Assured they could. When I sat down to get a gel manicure, I asked if I could get tips instead. She said of course. Took the same amount of time a gel manicure would have. At end of this procedure I assumed I would get my pedicure. I was abruptly told I changed up my appointment, which I did and basically asked to reschedule. I am aware I am at fault, but the manner of handling this made me feel like a scolded child. I won't go back. They weren't swamped and customer service was nil.

“I called today hoping to schedule the first appointment tomorrow morning to make sure there was availability. I was told that couldn’t be done and when I said I might have to go somewhere else, the response was ‘yes, go somewhere else.’ Not exactly the level of customer service I expected. I’ll be taking my manicure and pedicure business elsewhere.

If you want a real pedicure with a proper massage, this isn’t the place. For $30, I unfortunately had one of the worst pedicures—very bare minimum. I don’t usually get polish, but you normally still get oil and a nice massage. I got none of that, and I even had to ask for basic oil because he was about to let me walk out with completely dry feet. I was able to walk right in, so if you only want a quick, basic service, this place might work for you. But if you’re looking for the full pedicure experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Poor business practices. My mother rarely leaves her house these days, but loves a mani /pedi. When I visit, I always make an appointment and take her. This place used to honor their appointments, but that must be a thing of the past. Today she walked in the door, 5 minutes before her appointment, and she was told she would have to wait. My mother is 88, severe COPD, barely moving around..that is why we make appointments. Apparently, it would be a rather long wait, maybe an hour, she was told they double booked. How in the world can you double book on today's software?

Not a bad job but I didn't like the lady I had. She told me to pick a better color next time because white is boring. She also mentioned she'd be really mad at me if I messed up a nail. They leave the shoes and toe seperater on your feet and you have to take them off yourself when dry. They also make you put them through this slit in the bin, and of course I totally accidentally messed up my thumb. I was frustrated and didn't want her to be mean about having to re-do it (she warned me!) So I just left. I also had to wait 30 minutes between my toes and hands being done. They did a very basic job, no better or worse than other places but I just didn't like the lady's personality.
