I switched to Ruby‘s from another nail salon and Michaela did such an amazing job on my nails my toes and my eyebrows the salon is spotless, beautiful quiet and enjoyable. She is very educated very beautiful and very talented. It was a self-care day for me as I’m a caretaker for my mother and my father recently passed, but I felt amazing when I left. She’s at attentive she doesn’t rush she doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a number. Literally the best salon around here and I’ve been around here for five years from Tampa. Run don’t walk to Makayla. She’s amazing.

I got my nails done last minute for a Christmas party. I booked an appointment online the day before and had no issue. I work with my hands a lot and my nails were in poor shape from work + my hands are dry so I decided to get acrylics. I think Mckayla did my nails and she did a fantastic job. She really made my nails look amazing. She even freestyled a design for my thumb since it wasn’t in the reference picture. What made me not put 5 star was that she told me after that it will be $110. She said that it was because she had to do 2 full sets since my nails were in bad shape. And the man who gave us the bill said it was because she was “the most skilled at nail art” I understand what I asked for took up a lot of her time so I was planning on tipping very well but because the bill was high

I have been going to Ruby nails since they opened with Kevin as the owner. Kim does my Nails and Pedicure and she is wonderful. The nail salon is beautiful and immaculate. Everyone who works here is friendly,professional and good at what they do. I highly recommend this salon whether you are new to the area or if you are not satisfied with your current nail salon. You won't be disappointed.

Top notch service. Mikaela is very talented and took extra time to make sure I was satisfied with the design. My nails turned out beautiful.

Horrible first experience definitely will not be back!! When I called to make an appointment I asked how much dip nails were and was told $40 I specifically asked if there was an extra charge for tips and was told no that is included with a dip set. When I checked out I was told $50 after I had already verified the price with my nail lady. My nails are awful I could have done a much better job at home they are completely uneven and completely different lengths the sides of 3 of my nails aren't filled in and she put some "clear" dip that was white not clear on at the end so they now look like a crappy ombre effect. Some of the corners are rounded some are not. She also used a gel top after specifically being told I had an allergy to it and not to use gel so now my skin is itching. Way too
