Salon Jaylee Colony

Stylist Charlotte Hauter is wonderful! It was my first visit to salon Jaylee in Colony Plaza and my first haircut after finishing chemotherapy about a year ago. I was very excited, and a little bit nervous, but mostly looking forward to the experience. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and rather busy as you could feel the energy. I felt lucky to snag a last minute cut and style with Charlotte. Halfway through the cut out of nowhere I started feeling really unwell. I am still in treatment and perhaps was having a random side effect. Charlotte handled my concerns with absolute understanding, professionalism, and overall care. First time with Jaylee Salon. My hair stylist was Lauren. She was amazing!! I told her what I was looking to have done. I wanted to blend in my gray hairs that was coming in.Then she went over what would work best for me. I had highlights root smudge toner and hair cut and blowout . My hair turned out an and she was the first one in The Ocala area to cute my hair how I wanted it. I have been in Ocala for over a year. Definitely recommend her.. Thank you Lauren!!

This salon is my oasis! It's top notch & classy but not snobby! Everyone is accommodating,friendly & personable, they truly want this to be your oasis, to be pampered and have a luxurious experience. Jackie is my stylist, she is fantastic but i don't want to shoot myself in the foot by bragging too much or I'll never be able to get an appointment with her if she's all booked up! Lol She is confident and talented and works with you to get the very best cut color and style. AND the best neck and scalp massage at the shampoo station! (I did say they pamper you) This salon does guarantee their work, they want you to be happy and they care.I have always been well accommodated with professionalism & old fashioned customer service. I’m so glad I found this place. Michael and Savanna have both been amazing at helping me find the best style and color. The staff is friendly and they offer coffee, wine and water during services. Stylists here have the most up to date skills and training. Salon Jaylee has helped me get my hair back to healthy after years of old school processing at my previous salon.

Today was my first at a Salon Jaylee, and it certainly won't be my last. The experience was wonderful. As a man coming for a haircut at a salon, I've not always felt welcomed at some salons, but this was not at all the case at Salon Jaylee. The salon is very clean, well lit, with comfortable temperatures and no offensive odors of any kind, which i really appreciate at a salon. I was immediately greeted by one of the front desk staff even though they were both busy helping other customers. My stylist came to get me at my appointed time and she asked several questions about how i liked my haircut. She was very friendly, professional and continued to ask questions about my cut as she went along the process. Once she was done cutting my hair, she asked me how i liked it and was there anyth
