Nails 1st

I went to this place on a whim, and I had never been here before. I got a pedicure (I forgot which one, but it wasn't the basic one). There was no wait. The place is clean. The technician was nice, professional, and careful. I was generally happy with the service, until my nail polish smudged over an hour later while sitting at home barefoot at my desk. Obviously it wasn't gel polish (I was never offered gel, or I would have gotten it), but this still should not be a thing. I've had regular polish on my toes lots of times and never had issues with smudging like this.

The service here is quick but never rushed. They focus on quality and detail. My nails lasted a long time without lifting. I am very impressed with their work.

I’ve been a loyal client at Nail First for over a decade and have always appreciated their service. However, my most recent visit left me extremely disappointed, and after 11 years, I won’t be returning. I requested a gel manicure with French tips in an almond shape, showing the technician at chair #9 a reference photo. She rushed through the process, didn’t allow my nails to cure properly, and the result was uneven nails with bubbles and an incomplete thumb nail. After expressing my concerns to the front desk, they offered to fix them but placed me back with the same technician. She was rough, ignored my feedback, and didn’t acknowledge the issues or apologize. They changed the color so I essentially paid extra for no reason. Such a relaxing experience from start to finish. The technician was gentle and very detailed. My nails came out exactly how I wanted. I’m beyond satisfied with their service!
