Nailoscope

Came across this spot in researching spots with good nail art and boy, Jessy nailed it and is talented, detail oriented and kind. I am beyond obsessed with my festive set. What a cute location that feels exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Jessy took her time with my builder gel nails and Sabrina gave a relaxing, lovely pedicure. I plan to keep coming here which is 30 min from home, but quality experience and nail techs are worth the drive. I also like that I wasn’t asked to leave this review or incentivized with a discount to do so, so you feel more confident that their rating is true to the positive experiences of everyone.

Nancy and Tina were great. They gave me a beautiful gel mani and gel pedi and they were very gentle. I also got some calluses removed for my feet. I have sensitive fingers and toes and for the first time, I was not sore nor achy. Their foot and hand massages were also very soothing. My mom got a fill french manicure with Amy and a gel pedi from Hachi who were also great, my mom really enjoyed the massages from them too. They helped us right away, and they were very flexible and accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. The space was also very roomy and super clean too. We would definitely come back!

I have been a regular client for close to a year, mostly getting a dip manicure with May and sometimes treating myself to a pedicure. My experience has always been pleasant and May is exceptional when it comes to nails and she is a true artist and professional. Recently I asked for something out of my usual basic dip and decided to add red chrome for the holidays. May did an amazing job however within a day of my appointment the red chrome started to chip and reveal the black base color underneath. In my opinion it looked cheap. I called and the receptionist was more than accommodating in trying to get me in to remedy the situation. I was able to rebook with May within 48 hours of my first appointment. This was my first time at Nailoscope and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had while getting my nails done for years. As we walked into the salon we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcoming by the lady behind the counter! And the place itself is very nice, and clean. Qlee did an amazing job, and the ladies were very kind and helpful with trying to color match the nail color inspo I had gotten off of Pinterest and I liked how me and my mother got checked on to see how everything was going while getting our nails and pedis done! The pricing is very reasonable as well!

I came here for the first time because of all the great reviews, but I left really disappointed. One of my nails had a piece of hair cured into the polish, and even though they fixed it, it took long enough that I missed my bus. The French tips are very uneven on multiple nails, the heart design with the jewels is placed unevenly and doesn’t look like a heart, and there’s no polish around the jewels so the nail looks unfinished. There are also black dots, bubbles, and rough edges on several nails. I didn’t have time to get everything redone because it would have meant starting completely over. I expected much better quality and attention to detail for the price, especially on a first visit.
