I got my nails done on Friday and it is Sunday and I have already lost a stone. Every single stone is off-center and my nails are shaped in a very strange way. I will never go here again ever! I told the lady that I wanted my design to be purple and pearl and she didn’t understand what I was talking about and then just started adding whatever color she wanted to my toes. I also asked for the butterflies and they messed them up and didn’t say anything. This was a total waste of my money.

Horrible- I haven’t had a nail experience like in this years. I came back after two days because my dip nail set started literally, lifting. Kim was horrible-inpatient, upset that we fad to start over. Save you money!

The absolute worst place ever. My nails look like a nestle crunch bar. Their paint work is HORRIBLE and their filling work is worse. I have short nails and the corners all broke in one hand and the polish chipped. This happened within 2 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I should know better by now to don’t go nail shop I never been before! Since I was close by this nail shop I went in 4-5 days ago I ask my previous nail style to be removed soaked in instead of them pulling the nail off, the first lady said ok ok and had no problem but it was different lady that did my nail which she had attitude the fact I ask it be removed the way I ask for, and she has cut my skin around my nail when I ask manicure I should if stopped then and leave but Nop I stayed and paid full price plus 15% tip, now I am home the past few days my skin keep pilling off no matter how much oil, lotion or even wash I do, also the nail is pilling off in less than week this is very unprofessional and I am planning to come in tomorrow so I hope you have answer for my skin because this is

Overall, all the nail techs have been very kind to me and, compared to downtown DC, the prices are reasonable. However, the quality of service is extremely inconsistent. The young gentleman who sits at the back left table is the best one there! Has done my acrylics and my gel manis/pedis beautifully every time. Unfortunately, it's hit or miss with everyone else. My last visit I got a gel manicure. 2 of the nails chipped by the next day. And as of today (just a week later), 6 of my nails are chipped with the paint on 2 nails completely chipped off. Which is really unacceptable for the $42 I paid and led to me finally writing a review. I may try giving them another chance in the future, but really hope they're taking the time to read these reviews and improve!
