I could not recommend this place enough! Nick and Sarah do an outstanding job. If you can make your appointment with them, do it! You will not be disappointed. I drove 3 hours just to get my nails done by Nick, and they turned out AMAZING! 10/10 service!

Enjoyed looking threw the store. They had some really cute & unique items. I will be going back to get some great finds.

I just wanted to say I took willow(my 6 year old) to Nail Trix in killmarnock yesterday to get her nails painted and the staff was so nice to her. They Gave her like a real manicure. Cut her cuticles, cleaned under her nails and massaged her little fingers. They did it the same quality as if it was an adult. They put cartoons on for her and talked to her. All for 25.00 The other two nail salons I normally take her to charge me 35.00 just to paint her nails. They don’t do all the other stuff for her. Highly recommended if you want to take a small child to have their nails done 💅

Appointment only now, which is far better than the free for all that would inevitably occur on Saturday mornings in the past. Sometimes it can be challenging to get an appointment, but it’s only because they are the top choice in the area. They do their best to fit in walk ins where they can. Be kind and be flexible, and they will work with you. I get gel mani/pedis here, and they last longer than ones I’ve gotten anywhere else. Best overall experience; clean, good movies, and good conversation. I will continue to support this local family run business.

Before COVID they were a lot friendlier. Now they look at me like I'm from another planet when I walk in. The website says they take walk-ins but when I walked in no one even greeted me. The cordless phone was on the charger because when I called ahead to see if I could schedule an appointment I got no answer . Their response " We take walk inside if we can" and also " Sometimes we can't get to the phone" it's cordless🤷🏾‍♀️ .1 star if that poor customer service
