LaSource Spa - Massage and Facial

BEWARE OF LASOURCE GIFT CARDS. I received a gift card for an $85.00 message. Unfortunately I found it in my email after it had expired. I wasn’t too concerned as VA law says regardless what the expiration date is, it is good for 5 years. Glenda refused to honor it. She said that she did not care what VA law said , she only honored the expiration date on the card.. She was VERY DISRESPECTFUL . BEWARE of LASOURCE GIFT CARDS. They should be investigated by the state.. They are greedy.

I had a gift certificate to use at La Source and scheduled my session with Cynthia, based on other reviews I had read. She was the BEST!!! It was the most relaxing but also therapeutic massage I have ever had. She was so attentive to the oils I like, and she targeted my problem areas with such precision! I had a bit of swelling in my knee that was gone after her massage. I plan to start making this part of my self care routine. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there with her!! She was nothing short of amazing!! She lifted my spirits so much! I can't wait to go back another time. My body felt GREAT after a session with her!!

Have been going to Cynthia for many years. We talk about what we think we need and she gives it too us. She is the best!!

As I am getting older (and stiffer) I require massage that is not as aggressive in nature, that is to say, I can no look longer tolerate deep tissue work. I had been experiencing back, shoulder and neck pain daily for months and one morning I woke up feeling overly "blue" in mood and fed up with being so physically uncomfortable. I called LaSource Spa, requested an appointment for Swedish massage which I knew would calm my nervous system and hopefully ease some of my pain. I was scheduled that very day (yay!) with CYNTHIA. Her knowledge of anatomy, essential oils, hot stones and her compassion for her clients was exactly what "the doctor ordered", to coin a phrase. On April 6 made appt for massage for April15. That morning had to cancel due to stomach flu. Several hours later got call acknowledging my call and that I will get call rescheduling appt. On 4/17 got a call; can't make apppt because I was a "no show" and that my gift certificate was voided Really? Is it because it is a gift certificate?
