I have mixed feelings when typing this review, however, I like to share my experience with others so you don’t have the same problem. If you go here for a pedicure, you got a good place, they are good with that. But, if you are planning to have a manicure, this IS NOT THE PLACE, specially if you are a guy looking to have a good design. Not sure why but, every time I went there to have a gel manicure, it feels like the personnel does not like to do it to male client. I went there for the last time two days ago and the lady that did my manicure did nothing at all! You can check the pictures. They were taken one inside the place and the others as soon as I get into my car. You can see that not even the cuticle was cut and the painting job was as horrible as it could be. I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time was just for a manicure, and today was for a manicure and pedicure. I have been impressed by their service and professionalism each time. They offer packages combining manicures and pedicures so that it is less than purchasing separately. And offer pedicures for as little as $33 on up. Today I'm trying their reflexology pedicure. Their thoughtfulness by providing a straw with the complimentary drinks is just one example of how they try to make amazing customer experiences. Another example is how they offer semi private pedicure rooms so that groups can have pedicures together more privately and even offer a semi-private with only two people pedicure area. I just want a good pedicure! I just want someone one to make my toes smooth. My toes are rough. She didn’t even file to shape my nail. No tools used to get into the cracks and crevices of my nail bed. This is the 4th place I’ve tried. Cannot find anyone in this town who can give a good pedicure to my toes. Not my feet! Not my legs! My toes and toe nails! Just not what I’m looking for. Probably won’t be back.

This place is fabulous! Great atmosphere and May totally killed it with my nails! We had the best conversation and I felt comfortable enough to speak up when need be and she was so kind and accommodating. The pricing isn't bad either! Paid $80 for this gorgeous custom set!

Been going to this place monthly to every other month for several years. Mainly for pedicures but once in a while for a manicure also. Although Miss Kim is our regular go to we have used multiple other therapist for pedicures and never been dissatisfied. The place is always very clean, very hospitable and friendly and just has a very relaxing vibe! Would recommend without hesitation.
