Disclaimer: I did not personally witness the service being performed. This review is based on what my wife shared with me and what I have observed regarding the condition of her nails. She is very kind and hesitant to leave negative feedback, but I believe it is important to share our experience. She visited this salon for a manicure and needed previous gel polish removed that had been done at another location. During the removal process, she expressed multiple times that the drill was burning her nail beds. Unfortunately, her concerns were not addressed. She also requested standard nail polish instead of gel and was told, “Your husband won’t like it.” Despite asking more than once, she ultimately felt dismissed and stopped insisting. I love Nail Time. I have been coming here for years and I love the atmosphere and the people. Every once in a while I get a nail tech that isn’t my favorite (a little rough with the hot stones or whatever) but it’s still always a job well done. It’s always peaceful and relaxing unlike other nail salons and their prices are reasonable. I drive from the San Marco area for this place and will continue to do so because it’s that’s great.

It was okay I had no water flow or any water in the basin also I didn't get to soak my feet ever it was a trickle of warm water that barely covered the top of my foot. Not my usual pedicure also not my usual spot . This was my first time here. Otherwise nice people great paint job

I appreciate the services provided. When you walk in, there is a clear absence of nail polish odor thanks to garden of plants everywhere. Everyone I have encountered is professional. Prices are fair, I tried 5 other nail salons before staying with Nail Time!

I have been coming to this nail time location for years for pedicures and manicures. Julie is amazing and she did a wonderful dip nail extension on me a month ago. I came in on Thursday for another dip set and asked for pink chrome square nails. This other nail tech did pink glitter with chrome and my nails look lumpy and uneven. The nail tech was obviously rushing and it wasn’t even close to closing time. She flooded the cuticle with excess product and there was a hole of product on my thumb that chipped off because she didn’t redo it that day. I had to ask for multiple nails to be fixed and even then she just filed them more and left them messed up. The top coat went all the way onto my skin and was never cleaned up and it honestly was a very painful and rough experience but I didn’t spe
