Best customer service that I got so far when getting my nails done.. I found this nail shop because it was very close to my hotelI. I was greed by Kim, the petites girl with happy smile always on her face. She really understands my needs. I am from Utah coming to San Diego for the first tim. I am glad that I found this nails technician. She doing an amazing job to making my nails looking so beautiful. I I got so much compliments at the weeding party that I am attending last Friday.I just want to said thank you. Kim, thank you very much

Older lady was nice and efficient but she was very rough with the cuticle part. She made me bleed by cutting the flesh off my fingers - not my cuticle, not by pulling a cuticle off. Straight up cutting the flesh off. She was chill about it and wanted to continue the process but I chose to leave. The guy was apologetic and applied something to stop the bleeding. I was still charged $15 for removal of my old set and shaping my nails. As you can see, my nails are raw and rough (prepped to take on gel). The initial agreed price was $40.

The nicest ladies and very good at what they do. They got me and my husband Vegas ready!!! Thank you ladies for treating us so well, we greatly appreciate it.

I enjoyed my experience here Sophia and Nie was very welcoming and polite. I would definitely return. Only reason it’s not 5 star is the price. $45 dollars for gel manicure and $45 gel pedicure French tip is 5 extra dollars.

Walked in yesterday with little time, I didn’t catch the guys name who hooked me up but he said he’d do a full set in 25 mins. He nailed it and can’t wait to get back for pedi same color.
