Nail Story Spa

I tried this place for the first time and it was very disappointing. The manicurist applied the nail polish very unevenly and so the surface is bumpy. She didn't seal off the tops so it has chipped after one day. Rather than wipe off the excess polish that got on my cuticles, she cut them off and cut very deeply into the nail bed. When I cried out in pain, she didn't seem all that bothered. I went back to show her that the polish was uneven, and she said that my nails are just bumpy like that. I've gotten many gel manicures and have never had a problem with a bumpy surface.

I love this place. It’s a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. I often feel rushed and hurried at other salons, but never here. The owner is very personable and all the technicians are great. I always leave happy and my nails look great. I highly recommend Nail Story Spa.

I've been going to Lee, Erika & CC for years Since they were in West Orange. They are all Professional, friendly and excellent. The new location In Verona has very comfortable pedicure massage chairs, is clean and spacious. Lisa Is very good too. Since I'm usually spontaneous I take whoever is available and haven't been disappointed!

I am very happy with my nails every time I get them done here. Erica is wonderful, takes her time and ensures my nails are as perfect as they can be. The owner is always very accommodating and friendly as well. Definitely a wonderful nail salon.

I love Nail Story Spa. I have been gong for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and friendly. Jason does my nails (I have LCN UV Gel Tips) and always does an excellent job. I love the pedicures too!!!!!
