I had my first laser hair removal appointment here and it was such a great experience. The space is super clean and the staff is kind and professional. Jaclyn is amazing! She was so warm and welcoming from the start and really took the time to walk me through everything. She made the whole experience so easy and I have continued going back to her since. I arranged for 2 Xerf sessions. The first one went fine and I liked my aesthetician. The problem with this business happened at my next visit. Everyone in my house had come down with Covid and I was starting to feel sick so I called this practice to reschedule. The lady who answered (I realized later she was the owner) was obviously annoyed at my need and very rude, putting me on hold to go “talk to them in the back”. When she came back on, she rudely said “they said it’s fine for you to come in”. But I wasn’t asking for permission, I was looking to reschedule for my own safety. I told her this and I got a rude response that I would need to leave an additional $500 deposit for changing my appointment. I paid the extra $500 because it wasn’t about money for me, as it was for them. A week
