I recently completed my second half marathon, and having regular massages with Salik absolutely saved me during the hard training block. I've struggled with injuries in the past with running, but these massages played a huge role in keeping me injury-free this time around. Not only is he a GREAT masseuse, but he also works with athletes, so he knew exactly what to do to help me recover from my runs and stay healthy -- while also feeling more relaxed. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone that needs a massage -- especially if you're an athlete!!

Salik is amazing!! I've been going to him for a bit now and I always leave feeling sooo much better. Relaxed atmosphere and he is incredibly professional. I have neck and back issues, and he focuses on these areas specifically to get me some much needed relief. In addition, he provides tips on stretching for you to do at home in your own time. I had an amazing experience with Salik. He was extremely professional, attentive to my wants/needs, in tune with what my body needed, and has impressive experience working for some highly esteemed and trusted organizations in his field. Salik ensured I left my appointment not only feeling incredible, but with key advice/tips to help keep my body and muscles in optimal condition. I booked the 1h sports massage, which consisted of a full body massage combined with light stretching. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. I most definitely will be a repeat client.

10/10 massage! I like to have monthly deep tissue sports massages, but was visiting family in New Jersey for one month and couldn't go to my usual deep tissue sports massage therapist in London. I stumbled on Superior Therapeutic Solutions and Salik's massage was incredible. I had been traveling a lot and had tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I also run a lot and could feel my legs getting worn down. I left the massage feeling better than I had in weeks + Salik seems like a great & kind person! Would highly recommend.
