09/2024: I went to this place to have my lifting dip powder polish removed and to have regular polish applied. The color of these nails is nice, but the service was rushed and the nails are not well done. It wasn't very busy when I came in yesterday, and I asked to have the dip powder polish removed and to have regular polish. The start of the manicure went well, but it went downhill when I asked for a ballerina tip shape for my nails. The nail tech told me "no," and I was disappointed as I like that shape and had it done on short nails before. The electric filing was harsh on some fingers. The soaking water was luke-warm. I picked my color, which matched the swatch to the T, and noticed as she applied it that she kept looking at the two new customers entering the salon. The painting go

Do not use this business!!!! I asked for a pink and white powder set and The nail tech argued with me that dark pink wouldn’t work for me. I said would it be easier to just use the gel color on my toes, he said yes. The end result. my nails are all uneven too wide, my nails aren’t painted properly. He argued with me, I just couldn’t take it so I paid and left. I do not recommend their services!!!! This nail salon has horrible customer service. Not good with nails 💅

Horrible Job! Ivy ruined my nails. She completely changed the shape of them and broke them when removing old acrylic layover i had before. The new acrylic lay over she put on my nail is not even attached to my nails. I would never recommend this place and I would never come back. I am so disappointed. She completely broke half of my thumb nail and shaped it all weird. I got charged $50 for this mess. She also cut my fingers.

I recently got my nails done this past Saturday. Second time I've used dip powder on my nails. I literally had to go back Monday to have them redo my nails, because within one day my dip powder manicure started to lift. I asked the nail tech ( manager) to check all of them and she told they look fine. Which was a lie, because now I have two broken nails that just popped right off while I was at work, filing paperwork. $115 for a manicure and pedicure not an issue. But definitely not getting the quality that I should be getting, let alone my nails lasting for the two weeks, until I have to go back and have them redone. Won't be going back to this place.
