Nail Spa Plus

I’ve never had such a terrible experience. I was hurt so many times the first few times I thought, Okay, a few mistakes, but it then got painful! I had asked to keep my nail length as it was because I’m trying to grow them out. I don’t know if the lady who did this was overworked and tired or if she was trying to get me to gel extensions, she kept on filling and breaking my nails. Had to tell her to stop and told her I no longer wanted any more service here. When going to pay, they wanted to charge me a different amount than they had already told me. I showed them how bad my nails looked, and they couldn’t care less. I hope they take this and do better because that whole experience was not okay.

AMAZING!!! I called for a last minute appointment and they fit me in same day. Kathy was my nail tech. She is incredible. I came in with 3 bits of half an idea and she turned my nails into ART. My nails were short, bitten down to the bed and jagged from work stress. They looked so bad I think I apologized at least 3 times for how they looked. I was so ashamed. The end result had me leave feeling like an absolute queen. I cannot stress to you how amazing she is. She looked at all the example photos I showed her and asked questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! More than I wanted! I haven't had someone do this good of job on my nails in 10 years. As long as I live here, I'll drive the extra miles to have Kathy do my nails. She is a true artist.

Did a manicure with gel polish and by one week-in-half it was peeling off.

I had my appointment today 9/30/22 at 10:30 the reason I share is because I don’t remember the lady’s name and I’m hoping the owner or manager can check who do this. She hurt me so much and she got mad when I told her she was hurting me. Horrible job!!! She needs more training, experience and customer service 😡

They did an amazing job for both me and my daughter we got acrylics and pedicures. 100% worth our time and money.
