Head East Salon & Day Spa

Joani, the owner of Head East, is one of the most talented stylist that I have ever experienced. I can let her handle my color, cut, and style without any concerns. She did this from the very first visit. Often I just tell her to do what she thinks would look good on me. That's how much you can trust her. I've never had that experience. She is fabulous, and I've been a happy customer for the past 7 years. She has THE cutest, beautifully decorated shop with full salon services, a boutique, beauty products, and reasonable prices. Her staff and other stylists are equally talented and make everyone feel welcome. I live in Murrieta, yet make the trip to Alpine and always will. This place is a gem in SoCal, as is Joani. THIS is where you want to go for salon services.

Richelle just colored and highlighted my hair and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly vibe that instantly made me comfortable. She did a great job and my hair looks great. If you’re looking for a skilled, approachable hairdresser I would recommend Richelle.

I had my hair done by Richelle and she was so awesome ! She recommended how we start to get the desired look I want and picked a beautiful brown color starting at my roots ! I can’t wait to keep coming back to her and continuing to get my hair done by her ! The salon was beautiful and such a nice atmosphere. I felt super comfortable being there ! I didn't have a hairdresser after 20+ years of having the same guy. So I had a less than adequate hair cut and color by someone who had many years of experience even though it didn't seem like it once I got In her chair!!! She was rude also. However I spoke with Joanie the owner....i was pleasantly surprised by her kindness and willingness to bring my hair back to life!!! She's the best!!! I look forward to getting my hair done again by her also I was very impressed with her beautiful daughter as I saw the quality of her work also. I look forward to exploring the rest of the spa. Thanks for making me feel better about my hair Joanie, yoh are beautiful inside and out!!!

Loved Everything about this place. Owner was so sweet and personable. Mia ( whom did my cut and color )did an excellent job. Even down to children of employee were a great touch to the family atmosphere. Don't even get me started with the outside, wonderful fun and great decor!!
