Autumn provides an extremely personalized service. Every time I visit, I receive a massage that matches my specific needs. As an athlete, I require unique adjustments. Autumn understands this and tailors her approach accordingly. This is something I’ve rarely experienced with other massage therapists. I am confident she does the same for each of her clients. I don’t live near Autumn, but make time to see her whenever I am near Alpine. Her expertise and empathy are unrivaled.

Autumn is amazing. I haven’t had the best luck with finding a massage therapist that I like/ would want to keep seeing, and she checks every box for me! From the moment I walked in to her space, I felt welcomed and started to relax. She goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and genuinely cares about your experience. Autumn spent extra time on my trouble areas and explained the reasonings behind her process. I seriously feel like my shoulders lost 10 pounds each because of how much lighter and better they feel!!

Autumn is very experienced, caring and intuitive in her techniques. She has done cranial sacral manipulation and reiki in addition to my massage. I am very grateful to have her work on me to release whatever seems stuck in our session. I like buying a series, as she is very resonable $ for what she provides. Thank you Autumn!!

I had the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. My neck and sciatica had been bothering me for weeks. Autumn was amazing, she worked on these areas and I was better the next day. She really knows her anatomy and the way muscles and tendons work. She showed me different stretches and techniques to help with my neck and sciatica. I have told many of my friends to go and see her. I can't wait until my next massage. So happy she is here in Alpine.

I have been going to Autumn for over 2 years now. She is attentive, listens to your needs and cares about her patients. The office is warm, inviting, and relaxing. I love that the space is cozy, heated massage bed, and you don't have to worry about what you look like after the massage because its just you. Amazing experience every time. I now have my family seeing her and they rave about her as well.
