Nail Saloon

I wanted to love this place as so many of my friends use their services. Today, I arrived for my appointment on time and I had to wait for one person ahead of me, who was checking out and rescheduling, no problem! However, the 2 two entitled gals who cut me in line to check out were the epitome of the typical, always me first Villagers. Nail Saloon, get your act together and use self check in for a smoother operation. Not sure if I’ll return for another try…

After reading negative reviews I was a bit nervous to use this place for my nails but my experience was amazing. Everything was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. I had Henry for my nail artist and he did a fantastic job and his suggestions were appreciated. The price was fair and service was efficient and they squeezed me in the same day!

This was my first visit to this nail salon. I received a decent manicure however will not be returning. The place is not clean at all. The girls station was dirty and I didn’t see her wipe it down or anything after the client before me left. The towel she used looked dirty too. Most nail salons that I’ve been to have been really clean.

Got my toes done today for a sister day. Went in for two pedicures. They took us in no problem, as we were getting the service she stops midway and says I can only do express pedicure. I ask what that means she says no massage just polish change I said I want the massage she said I can’t do the massage I don’t have time I said ok no problem how do I get the massage everyone else says she can’t cause she has a client I said ok? Can I get the massage if I wait and no one solved the problem they all said she had a client I’m just shocked cause I would’ve waited for the service I wanted to pay for. Absolutely horrible customer service never going back. They clearly didn’t want my money. Do NOT RECOMMEND
