I’m fairly new to the area and decided to try this place out for a pedicure about a month ago. I went in for the first time and everything went great—I was highly satisfied with the pedicure I received and couldn’t wait to come back. Fast-forward to today: I went in for another pedicure with pretty high hopes, and I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. To start, my feet were placed into scalding hot water. Not a huge deal—I can handle that—but things went downhill from there. She painted my toes before even completing the rest of the pedicure process (scrub, towel, lotion, hot stones, etc.—if you get pedicures, you understand). So I do really like this nail salon. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for years and recently switch to Venetian because I moved. I have never had this happen before. I came here, got a fresh full set of acrylics, after 1 week I saw an infection on my nails under the acrylic and I should see it showing through the nude paint. After coming here one time, I had to take them off to heal my nails. This place does good job, but maybe be better with sanitation practices.

I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure last Sunday, I was going out of town on Thursday for a wedding. The pedicure was good but the polish is not super neat (French) and I had asked for a specific color and the tech initially was skipping color altogether until I asked about the color, and it was applied. Then the manicure was initially a gel manicure but for durability the tech (Hannah) suggested a dip polish since it was Sunday and the wedding was the following Saturday. I had also asked for the same color which did come in a dip, I did not get the color I asked for and the dip polish French manicure seemed rushed. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Quality I have been getting gel nails done for many years, and I have never experienced this issue at any other salon. Unfortunately, my experience at Venetian Nail Salon was extremely disappointing. Only three days after my appointment, my gel nails began to peel, which clearly indicates poor-quality products or improper application. Gel manicures are supposed to last well beyond a few days, especially when done correctly. Considering the time and money spent, this level of quality is unacceptable. I expected professional results, but instead I was left needing to have my nails redone almost immediately. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone who values durability and quality in nail services.

Dishonest pricing. This place is lovely but you walk out feeling scammed. I have been here a handful of times and they have someone at the front who expedites the customers who seems friendly but is quite manipulative. I told him I wanted a fill and he tried to tell me that they did not have Pink Acrylic to do the fill which I knew wasn’t true since I had gotten pink acrylic there before. I told him I didn’t care and to just fill it using whatever they had. The person who did my nails pulls out a multitude of different pink acrylics so the guy upfront blatantly lied for some reason. The person who did my nails did a great job. When I go to pay I told them I no longer wanted to get a pedicure and was just going to come back for that later.
