Nail Salon Lalla Jolie

Today I did my wonderful acrylic nails for Thanksgiving and Janet did a wonderful job on them. Lalla is very kind and welcomes you and makes sure you are comfortable. She always has a great smile when she talks to you as well. Every time I call in for my gel manicure or my acrylics, one of the ladies or Lalla are always very kind on the phone and makes sure your appointments are on file for you. I have been going for 5 times so far and I will be coming back.

My experience at lalla nail salon was absolutely terrible. It was my first time coming here and I went into this with an open mind. The place was disorganized and messy, I seen flies flying around that just made the place look unclean. Regardless I still gave this place a chance, the owner is a nice lady and I was discussing with her what I wanted to do with my nails. The technician begins to remove my polish with the nail drill and from there that's when everything went down hill. She had the nail drill on very high and when she came close to polish close to my cuticles she cut me. The owner noticed and told her she had it on a high setting. She was struggling to remove the polish so I asked her should we soak my nails to soften the gel polish but she didn't know what to do. Eventually sh

I just want to say what an incredible job Janet did on my manicure and pedicure 😍. The way she took her time with me making sure I was comfortable with the look before proceeding with the service, I have never received this much care and caution like this before and the products they use my lord. All the products they use are super effective and also very pure without too many chemicals in them. The salon was very clean and had a surreal smell in there SO CLEAN. The owner is super nice and very helpful as well, when I was done with my session I was nothing short of impressed and especially for the prices. Just lovely place to go to overall, this spot is a hidden gem!

This place is very clean and they take proper precautions to keep everything sanitary which I rarely see. Genesis did a great job doing my nails and seems excited for more creative projects. The people here take great pride in their work and have a great passion for nails. EDIT: although the customer service is great and the place is clean, the quality of work turned out not so great. Three of my nails popped off the next day. They were repaired quickly the following day. I then lost 4 more nails. Don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer.

Lalla is amazing. She really cares about the quality of work. Her place is soooo cute and welcoming and she’s huuuuge on infection control!! That’s something I always look for and she is the only salon I have seen be sooo careful with this. And my pedicure was AMAZZZZZING!!!! Highly recommend this place ✨✨
