They over charge me for service and think I don't know. My daughter and I visited on mother's Day. I just wrote it off . Will never go there again.

They fixed my nails after an awful experience. I must say the previous service was quite nice and professional. But my experience on Thu the 16th was horrid. After showing the tech a picture of what I liked he said we don't have that stuff. I asked about another design he cut off his lite stating I won't do you, sit in other chair. Since you don't know. Before, the tech would offer something similar . I loved the guys that were usually there. I'd been a customer for several years. Even the atmosphere different. He also told me I could go down the street instead..which is exactly what I did , to a great place down the street. No waiting, less extensive. Great atmosphere.Thanks, Nail Palace.
