I don’t often leave bad reviews, but feel I need to in this case. The nail salon was somewhat dirty; there was a weird film on the chair and floor. Someone was sleeping on their couch as you walk in the door. It smelled like a dirty diaper (could have been someone’s lunch?). Fox News was playing, which is a cringy choice. The gentleman who did my pedicure was kind, but he cut me with the nail clippers then left some of the blood, as well as polish, on my skin.

This is what they deemed to be an appropriate gel manicure. And this was after I asked another person to fix them because the guy who originally did them was literally just getting paint all over my skin and I thought for sure he was going to clean it up after but no, I had to ask someone else to come over and fix it and this was the fixing job with no apology/acknowledgment of the bad job done or discount offered.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's absolutely awful, from the way they do their nails to how they treat their customers. I will NEVER go back. Firstly, the way they talked to my friend and I was absolutely disgusting. They kept asking us weird questions and saying strange things. I expressed how uncomfortable I was yet they kept going. Secondly, for the talk I endured I was at least hoping my nails would look good. I don't know what's worse, the pedicure or the manicure. My hands weren't even cut straight when I explicitly asked her to and my toes were hardly painted. Also, she made my fingers bleed multiple times and she didn't even apologize. I genuinely hate this place. Save your money.

They painted the wrong color twice. And the pedicure was not great - the nail tech hit my nails on the gel machine multiple times. I need a manicure but didn’t trust them to complete the service well.

Got charged for "long " nails...this definitely is a regular set but I will never go back and if you were smart don't waste your money like I did. Total disappointment
