Nail Essence & Spa

I am absolutely crushed. I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while. My nail techs have been absolutely amazing! I would even go so far as to say the best nail techs i have ever had! Diana and Lyn #3 are nothing short of amazing!!!! (If you are going to chance going to this place - request one of them!) However, the salon product has changed. I typically go with a neutral color or a French on my gel nails. The last 3 manicures I’ve had have turned into a putrid grey/black/brown. This current French, has turned my nails a brownish yellow that makes it look like I’ve smoked 1000 cigarettes! I don’t even want to show them. Ive gone to nail essence and it seems they are getting worse with time. I got my nails done and less than 24 hours later my nails started chipping. i went back and asked them to redo it since 4 of my nails have started to chip, and they insinuated it was my fault and was very rude. They would only redo the nails that were chipped even though i asked for a whole redo ( it was just regular polish) . Now i am two days since getting my nails done and my nails are chipped again. Im very dissapointed. I will never go back.

The staff was pleasant and even squeezed me in at the end of the day for a full set of acrylics. I worked with the women at station 12 who I believe is a manager. She was meticulous and made sure my set was all even, matching, smooth, and natural looking. The salon is also large, clean, and welcoming. I will be coming back very soon! I highly recommend it!

Daughter Went to get her nails done waited way too long and they came out bad and horrible. She even started to get upset and cry.

Crazy that they had me pay $15 for this. I asked for French dip and I told her respectfully the lines were uneven. She got upset and took it off. She took the next client and didn’t even want to remove my nails. Terrible customer service and decency for people.
