Nail Boulevard

I visited Nail Blvd on Thursday, October 9th, for the first time while visiting family from out of state. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated right away, which I appreciated. My nail tech, Ruby, was friendly and recommended I upgrade to the Royal Pedicure instead of the basic one I originally requested. The pedicure started off great — she did an amazing job — but midway through, she received a phone call, which became a distraction. During the hot stone portion, I noticed my left leg received noticeably less attention due to the interruption. For my manicure, I got SNS color change with chrome. Ruby had to re-do two nails because the SNS was uneven, and I appreciated that she caught it herself and fixed it. However, less than a week later, two of my nails are already coming

I have been paying for nail services at this establishment for over 6 months . I have forgotten to have them stamp my reward card multiple times but when I do I have not gotten push back. The two best nail techs in my opinion have left but I returned only because my husband . When attempting to use the reward card for my husbands recent visit we were told it had to be over $35. His total was $30 and he paid cash. Outside of the odd responses to service for a fill in and the obvious gossip about visiting patrons, no where did it say the total had to be over $35. The card visibly reads $14 service or more. This is dishonest and untrustworthy practices . We will never return .

I wound up here by accident....a literal accident. I dropped my phone (face down) on the way out to pick the kids up at school, and of course....it shattered. So I had to fix it immediately. We are a special needs family with 2 special kiddos. AND not having a phone is NOT AN OPTION. (Autism level 2 and a level 3 + GDD...fyi.) So anyways - waiting on my phone I had the option to take myself out to eat OR get a pedicure (last one like 10yrs ago). So I choose my feet since I can stare at them way longer than that dinner. The staff was super nice and my Tech Helen was amazing. I didn't get anything special as far as services lol, I got the basic pedicure for $32. And it was fabulous! Since I didn't have my phone I did have plenty of time to "people watch" and really think about all the other

I’ve been coming here for 5/6months and I’m glad I found Olivia, Dennis, Sara, and Mike. They have been the absolute best at doing my nails. Three other nail techs have worked on my nails before but they didn’t do a good job. Olivia, Dennis, Mike, and Sara have been my go to since they worked on me. Olivia is amazing at designs and getting everything done perfectly as show 🤩! Every time I’m in there and she works on people, their nails are always 10/10.

Went to get a fill and 2 broken nails ( from the same business ) fixed. One of the broken nails that was repaired broke off an hour after leaving and the other is cracked in half. I went back to get them fixed tonight , they couldn’t find the same color nail polish so 2 of my 10 fingers are a completely different color ( when I had my appt to get a full fill 2 nights ago , the tech couldn’t find the actual bottle to match what I picked out so I had no idea if knowing what shade was used that time ) According to them , that was my fault bc I didn’t take a photo of the bottle they used for my records None of this could be because the tech who did my nails 2 nights ago was talking in her phone the entire time.
