Very disappointed with both the service and the result. The technician who worked on me did not speak English, which made it very difficult to communicate what I wanted. I showed her pictures the entire time to explain the look I was going for. When my nails were finished, the pink dip was extremely sheer, you could clearly see my real nail underneath and the white French tip looked thick and uneven. In certain lighting they looked okay, but in normal light the flaws were very noticeable. I mentioned at checkout that I didn’t love my nails. Instead of trying to fix them or offering any solution, the man at the front told me I “should’ve chosen a different color.” I’m not a nail technician I didn’t know the pink would turn out that transparent. I absolutely love this nail salon! The team is so welcoming and friendly, making every visit feel special. They do an amazing job on my nails every time—attention to detail is incredible. Plus, they’re super accommodating with appointments and requests, which makes everything so easy. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend! ViVi does my nails. This place has been open for 8 months and I decided to try this place out to get my mani and pedi. I already k ew what I wanted. I walked in and they assigned me a nail tech Kevin. All I had to do was describe what I wanted and he was able to do it. He was very efficient and took his time. My nails was t in the greatest condition but he made my nails look beautiful. Thank you Kevin and see you next week. Definitely will recommend you!

Hanna was incredibly kind and professional. She warmly invited my son to sit beside me and thoughtfully offered water and juice for both of us. It was truly excellent service.
