Love this place. My last gel manicure from them lasted 4 weeks without any chipping. Probably could have gone even longer but my nail beds grew out and I needed a refresh. Got the Cat eye today and it didn’t disappoint. They put a lot of time and effort into the cuticles which I appreciate.

SO DISAPPOINTED. I usually don’t get easily offended, but the very first question they asked was, “Are you Chinese? You look Chinese.” Like… seriously? That was already off-putting. Then, while cleaning my cuticles, the nail artist pushed them so hard that I couldn’t even let her continue — as you can see from the picture, I was bleeding. I got chrome nails, but the person clearly wasn’t familiar with it. She first tried using a silicone tip to apply the chrome, realized it didn’t look right, and then started rubbing it with her finger instead. But she never redid the one that was already messed up. I expected much better, especially given all the high reviews. But honestly, I’m never going back.

Nail Art SF is the best 💅business in this part of San Francisco! The space is beautiful and clean, the massage chairs are very relaxing. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Sammie is a very thoughtful and caring Owner. Sandy and Tina were excellent artists who gave me a very lovely gel manicure and gel pedicure on my not so lovely natural nails. I’ll be coming back again very soon! I suggest you try this 💅business out - you won’t go back to any other!

It was my first time visiting this salon, and I absolutely loved the experience. The ambiance is calm and relaxing, the space is spotless, and the ladies working here are not only skilled but genuinely kind. The quality of the nail polish and the attention to detail they put into their work really stood out to me — you can feel the care and effort in every step. I’m heading off on a three-week vacation, and the owner recommended I try a technique called Builder Gel (or Gel Builder 😂) for longer-lasting results. I’m thrilled with how they turned out — my nails look like a million dollars! It does take a bit longer than a regular manicure, but it is absolutely worth it. You can tell the whole team works so hard to give clients the best service possible. If you visit, don’t forget to tip th

I've been to Nail Art SF one other time/was pretty happy with the result. Unfortunately my recent experience was SO BAD I no longer recommend anyone return! Made an appointment for a 7pm "classic manicure" hoping to get my gel polish taken off and a regular polish put on. My appointment was confirmed the day before and day of. I was asked multiple times to switch to gel, which I did not want again. The store then started closing around 7:15pm. Wish my appointment wasn't confirmed as I had no idea closing time was 7:30pm. My nails were filed unevenly. Before the regular polish was even on I was asked "If I have the money" which was so insulting! I was then forced to pay before the polish was even on, which wasn't my experience last time at all. I'm under the impression I was made to pay
