Nail 2000 Plus and spa

I paid $138 to get some really nice gelx coffin nails with a butterfly design. Within 2 days 3 of the nails fell off. I called to get the nail tech to get them back on but the nail salon could not get a hold of her. It was supposed to be a weekend of festivities for me but instead I'm worried about my nails coming off and not being able to get in touch with the nail tech who did the nails for me SMH. Update: They were able to get a hold of the nail tech. She replaced the nails that fell off. 48hrs later I am missing 2 nails again lol. Mind you I'm not doing much, I'm not cleaning with harsh chemicals, I don't work labor, I don't go to the gym, I'm not doing anything that would cause these nails to come off.

Very bad experience. I told them many times I didn't like them, don't normally do my nails, and this was not it. One of the employess keep saying to put one more coat, more coat, etc; that did not worked. Asked them to do them again. I understand, there's other people/appointments; but if you can't take care correctly of a costumer, then please let me know, and I see what I'll do. Won't go again or recommend this place to anyone

I got a gel manicure and it turned out flawless. The shine and smooth finish lasted for weeks without chipping. Super impressed with the attention to detail and care.

The worst acrylic manicure I’ve ever had. The nails are poorly shaped, the tips look terrible, and there’s glue all over my fingers that the technician couldn’t remove. I absolutely do not recommend getting your nails done here. It was a complete waste of time and money, and you’ll leave disappointed.
