I bought a Groupon for a deep tissue massage or facial and THEN read all the 1 star reviews here so I was a bit hesitant to use it. However, I was pleasantly surprised: my deep tissue massage with Tiffany was very good. She was very professional and checked in with me often in terms of the pressure and overall experience. I thought her technique was very good also and enjoyed my massage a lot. She really took her time working on my problem areas/ getting rid of some kinks in my shoulders and I left there feeling like the tension I carry typically in my shoulders had dissipated. I had a little trouble finding the place initially but the spa staff was helpful in helping me figure it out: you have to go into a nondescript building and go down the stairs at the end of the hall. I was honestly very surprised and disappointed by the service today. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and this was my first time bringing my boyfriend in for a couples massage. Unfortunately, the experience became extremely embarrassing because of the staff’s behavior. I left a 20% tip for each massager, which is within the standard 15 to 20 percent range and something I have consistently done over the years. After I paid, one of the massagers stopped me and demanded a minimum 30% tip. A tip is discretionary, not mandatory. To be confronted and pressured for a higher amount, especially in front of other guests, was completely inappropriate. I always choose this place for massages, after going to this place for mutiple years, i would say always choose Lily to do my massages because she always solves my sore spots. Shes also very professional because you can ask her to focus on one spot. I’ve already bought a membership here.

I had a massage several times done by different providers, and will continue to do so. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxant. The air smells fresh and clean. The massages were fantastic. I truly recommend this place.
