M&T Nail Spa

The very first time I went to M&T nail salon I was so impressed with their professionalism. Everyone there was super nice and did everything humanly possible to please their clientele. The salon is clean and very immaculate. It was all decorated to the point where as they had nice wall pictures on the wall as. I would encourage anytime go there. I’m sure you will be well pleased. I encouraged my husband to go there for a pedicure and he stated that they did a superb job. Now he’s saying that he love that place and he won’t go anywhere else. He is so happy I asked him to go there. We give them a 5 star! Keep up the great job you’re doing there.

Just thought I would drop by impromptu since this place is close to home. Would give zero stars. Over $56 spent for below sub par pedicure and 10 minute below sub par manicure. Cut my toenails down to were they hurt, left polish all over toes and no polish on top of nails. Jagged nail edges which will surely start peeling. Lady didn't seem to care about how you felt when asked why she did this. Can't communicate properly. There is so much competition when it comes to nail and pedicure places in the city, so it makes you wonder why they are not trying to be the best in a competitive market???? Won't be going back.

Good customer service but bad service. They give you a color but it doesn’t look the same on your nail, I had a full set and there a gap between my nail and the fake one.

I am not one to leave a bad review but this place completely disrespected me as a paying customer. I went in on a Thursday and asked for a simple gel polish because I did not have time for a full manicure. The young lady took me right away but you can tell she was rushing to finish my nails so she can get to other customers that were coming to spend more money. She did not even fully wait for the gel to dry under the light, and was done with my nails in less than 20 minutes. I woke up the next day to go on vacation and they had ALREADY started to CHIP!! I called to let them know that I will be coming back after vacation. On vacation, they started to peel like STICKERS and that was the outcome of not letting them dry enough and rushing! I called to let them know I wanted a refund, the owner

MY FAVORITE NAILS SO FAR! I have been to countless nail salons and every time I’ve been dissatisfied with the final design. I had Christina, and she walked through everything I wanted, making sure I was happy with the progress every step of the way. She helped me choose what would look best on my nails, and delivered exactly what I was looking for. She was super down to Earth and I will 100% be coming back. Highly Recommend!
