Mood Nail Lounge - Campbell

This was my first time here. The place is very clean, spacious and welcoming. Kathy asked lots of questions and gave me some product options, then checked in with me frequently to be sure I was satisfied. They looked so great even before the polish I almost left them natural but really wanted cat eye. So many cat eye choices!!! Kathy was very thorough and considerate, and my nails look and feel great! I’m super picky and this is probably the first time I didn’t want to trim, file or fix my nails when I got home. I’ll def be back!!!

This was my first time at Mood Nail Lounge and I absolutely love it there! Everyone was so nice and Welcoming. I didn't feel rushed and I originally went in for a refill on my nails and the service was so good I stayed and got a nice Pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they answered all my questions. I then was asked what did I want to drink? I got a mimosa and some water. Then as I was getting my nails done I was offered another drink and was a holiday drink and it was so delicious. I will definitely recommend and I will be back. Khole did an Amazing job on my nails and feet. They look perfect and she took her time.

The first time I stopped by for a manicure was Jan 2025 and haven’t been to another salon since then! The staff at Mood Campbell are consistently delivering quality services. My favorite pedicure is their matcha pedicure with gel. They have a huge selection of nail polish including cat eye and jelly. In the past, I’ve never found a particular salon that I exclusively went to. Now, I only will go to Mood Campbell and found my favorite girl, Tina! All staff are incredible and you’ll be greeted with excellent service every time.

The nail tech was very nice, super sweet, but I didn’t really get what I was asking for. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said I wanted ballerina nails, but I got square and instead of being curved like a natural nail they’re kind of going upwards.If I knew it was gonna be $100. I would’ve made sure they were exactly how I wanted them. They’re not terrible, but they’re not what I asked for

Wow! Always a wonderful time here at Mood. Mimi did my pedicure and she was soo amazing. Insanely passionate about the work she was doing. She truly took her time which I sincerely appreciated as I asked for regular polish but she made me feel like it was as important as gel and any other higher priced service. Also added a callus removal and that was much needed! Annie! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!
