I went to get a pedicure and manicure and I was lucky enough to have Liz do my toes and nails. After my pedicure I bumped into a chair and ruined 4 nails! Liz was so sweet and redid them without a single comment. And my nails look perfect! Great care and service.

The woman doing my nails was laughing in my face with the other women. It felt very racist. She shaved down my nail so hard with the hot tool and when I mentioned that it’s too hot it hurts she ignored me. And then after having a bad experience I still tipped her a few dollars in cash but she got upset and told me the minimum tip is 20% and that I must add more to the tip on my card.

Got my nails done by Joy. Let’s just say she was not a joy to have do my nails.. while the nails look good and fine, she was very rough doing my nails. Tugging, twisting, and pulling my hands/fingers. I have never had this type of experience getting my nails done before, and I was uncomfortable. She also had a major attitude for no reason. What did I do wrong to her? :(

Been using this nail salon since I moved to the area, been happy the first few times, the last 2 times I got the same nail tech and both times she left me with nasty infections by my nails, I showed it to her and she just shrugged. Super unhappy and in pain :(((

Theresa did my gel manicure and paid special attention to my cuticles (winter messes them up). Great attention to detail! Someone else did my pedicure and was very thorough and massaged my feet and legs! They have around 200 gel colors and around 150 dips. Plenty of matching regular polishes as well. The have most OPI sets and dips. Great selection and service. Paid $58 for gel mani and regular pedi. Good price for Bergen County.
