I cannot thank the manager Selena, and her daughter, at this salon enough for the incredible compassion and service they provided during a very emotional moment for me and my child. We had booked a hair appointment for my daughter the day before her birthday, only to arrive and find that the stylist she booked forgot about her booking and was unable to show up. My daughter was heartbroken and in tears—this was supposed to be her special birthday hair, and everything felt ruined. But then something amazing happened. The salon manager didn’t just apologize—she took immediate action. She called her daughter on the spot, and together they found another stylist who was willing to come in that same day just to make sure

I visited Monet's House of Style because I was looking for a new low cut, natural style. Selena took me the same day. I had told her what I was looking for when I called to make the appointment, and before we started she answered all of my questions. She told me what she would do each step of the way, including what she thought would work best for my face and complexion. She was extremely considerate (I broke my ankle, am on crutches, and needed to elevate my leg for my entire visit). Selena moved the extra chair to each station, and limited how much I needed to move. I am extremely happy with my new cut and color and highly recommend this professional salon!

My stylist is Kim. She was timely in cutting and styling my hair. She is a bonafide *washologist! The shampoo service was invigorating. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. The other salon stylist are very skilled as well and are crafted in real and faux hair.

Throughly Satisfied with my hair stylist she respected my time, because unlike other salons she was not gossiping or wasting my time. She was very kind and attentive to my needs and I appreciate that when I'm spending my hard earned money! Plus my hair style was beautiful.
