Modish Nail Spa & Salon

Been coming here for years, it’s not the best place but they do a decent job, it’s convenient and the people are always friendly. My last appointment was my last straw. I had an appointment at 9:30am with Hudson. He was no where to be found but Peter was the only one in the salon at the time. He started my nails but never communicated with me he would be doing it, long story short. Do not let Peter do your SNS nails unless you want to be cut on every single finger. He was sweet as he could be but should not be doing nails. When I told the girl at the front she slightly smiled laugh and motioned for me to pay. I told her I don’t even think I should pay for this since I’m cut on every finger. She needs better customer service. 0 stars. Don’t come here. Won’t be back.

I loved the service! The place is beautiful and super clean, and everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended!!! I absolutely loved my nails and my daughter’s nails 💅🏼

I really hate to leave negative reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in as a first-time customer just to get my SNS removed. The nail tech barely acknowledged me, didn’t speak, and showed no interest in even the most basic customer service. He told me I was “all done” even though the SNS wasn’t fully removed, and my nails weren’t trimmed or filed. I’ve genuinely never left a nail salon with my nails looking worse than when I walked in. As you can see from the photos, I had to go home and finish soaking off the rest myself, then trim and file them. I’m honestly shocked that this kind of service cost me $20. Please don’t bother going to this salon.

I had been coming to this nail salon for years but stopped due to inconsistent service. I decided to give them another chance after receiving a gift card. When there was an issue with the card, the receptionist told me she couldn’t help and gave me the manager’s phone number. I left a very detailed message and never heard back. It’s sad and disappointing that a manager wouldn’t take the time to return a loyal customer’s call. This experience shows how little long-time customers are valued. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

I’ve been coming to Modish for several years now, but today was amazing. My technician was ,Peter. He was amazing. I left feeling amazing and very “girly”. Ha ha. I had the deluxe pedicure and after having such a wonderful experience with that, I asked about having a manicure as well. He was able to continue in such a pleasing and pleasant manner. He is very professional and detailed in his work and i love that. Thanks again, Peter and those at Modish. I’ll be back soon. Rebecca
